More disturbing is, he was caught by police and:

 

"Anont is in police custody after he failed to raise the Bt200,000 bail"

 

and

 

"Assault leading to death carries a prison term of three to 15 years."

 

Is this for real???? A piece of shit like Anont Phimnoo will be walking the streets in Thailand in under 15 years??? WTF!
