Anyone know where I can find a good "pad ka pow" salmon recipe in English language?
Everywhere I search i'm only seeing thai language versions of them.
Pls help, i need it ASAP

Ok, well i just "winged it" and ended up pretty damn good.
My problem was i wasn't sure how to handle the salmon, like, bake first then mix in with the garlic/basil/chili/sauces later, or cook them all together.
So i did the salmon, half 1st, and other half with the other ingredients.
Turned out WONDERFUL! yum yum yum!
