This weekend took a trip to Hua Hin & Cha-am.
Hotel stayed:Hotel Serenity Hua Hin. Book @ Agoda.
Places i visited:
The Venezia
website: http://www.theveneziahuahin.com
180 baht entry fee, the concept is great but it seems like it's dead or dying out. There was not so many people there, and a lot of the restaurants and shops were closed. Many activities though, like the 3d art gallery, gondola boat ride, king & queen costume photo, mini train that goes around the entire place.
Vana Nava Water Park
website: https://www.vananavahuahin.com
1000 baht entry fee (600 for seniors or children). Vana Nava is a pretty awesome water park and that price gets you in for all day, and for all the slides/activities. You have to pay extra for towel and all. You can "top up" your wrist band with money, and then scan anytime you buy things, and afterwards you can get refund whatever you didnt spend. Also you can ask the photographers to take your photos, while on slides, or just walking around too, afterwards you can buy an 8gb thumbdrive with all your photos for 650 baht. The flowrider is an extra charge of 400 baht per person for about 1 hour, but you rotate with other guests.
