Many of my peers have sworn by the health benefits of probiotics such as kefir, that can be grown organically at home. Does anyone have any experience with this, or how to get my hands on kefir grains in Bangkok, Thailand?

There was an old guy at my condo gym who explained to me about kefir, he claimed that it cured his cancer.

The older man at my condo, he gave me some to try, and omg that is some NASTY shit, it's like extremely sour or something, it was disgusting i had to wash it down with a glass of water LOL

 

But, really, it's like, that strong intense taste, surely it's doing something good, for tasting so bad! ying yang! haha
