So the US embassy in Manila, Philippines phone support for US citizens is only 3 days/week, and only 1pm-3pm.
The worst part is, when you call, it's auto recording saying "all staff is busy, call back later", no hold, so you just have to call back, over and over, and go thru the automation over and over, and get the recording that auto hangs up.
Terrible. USA embassy, Manila Philippines, you suck!!!
