Hi, does anyone know where are all the Thai Embassy or Consulates in Philippines?

So far I've found:

http://www.thaiembas...nsular-services

Makati City, Metro Manila, The Philippines

Tel. (632) 815-4219-20

Fax. (632) 815-4221

And I am hearing there is also one in Cebu? But the information I'm finding is not checking out (The phone numbers aren't working)

Found these:

Eastern Shipping Lines Building,

M.J. Cuenco corner Magallanes Streets City: Cebu City

Phone: +63-32 412-1688 (I called, this phone number is disabled)

Fax: +63-32 93013

Fax: 254-8827

Contact Information

Mr. Roy L. Chiongbian

So basically I'm hitting a dead end here. Any information would be appreciated on which is the best to get a single entry Thai tourist visa.

Thank you

ps. after calling the Manila Consulate, she gave me this number for the Cebu Consulate 0324121688

I called it, no answer.

Not sure how reliable this situation can be, ughhh frustrating. But she did confirm the address is at Eastern Shipping Lines Building

When i'm in Manila getting tourist visa is a pain in the ass. That is fact. Blue Horizons Travel was supposed to help me but they kind of failed me. (this company -> bluehorizons.travel ) Mercy was in charge of those and she never replied with questions I had.

FYI, i just emailed her at mercy_canuel@bluehorizons.com.ph and this email bounced

Update March 2018: I think they have new website bluehorizons.travel and they dont seem to offer visa services anymore, only travels and tours services.
