I stayed here for 1 year, when I finished up and tried claiming my deposit the Chinese-thai owner had a worker lady come up and check off every single thing 

 

in the room, saying it was 100% damaged by me. I told them it was there before but they still said they woul not give my deposit back.

 

I just want to warn anyone that is searching for an apartment in Bangkok, beware this apartment, they WILL scam your deposit from you.

Damn that's totally fucked up. I lived in Soi Rangum road before and if I pass by that place I can toss an egg at their office LOL
