Tesagan Gin Je Festival (Vegetarian Festival) is happening in Bangkok (and most all of Thailand I think) from October 12th until October 20th. In Bangkok market areas should be having their veggie options, but the main place for the Vegetarian Fest is in Chinatown.

Walking around Ratchada area, near Big C they have a lot of food stalls with those yellow flags (the yellow flags mean they DO HAVE vegetarian food, means they are participating in Tesagan Gin Je Festival) Also Big C has a big area with those yellow flags and lots of vegetarian options. Really some yummy stuff!
