I recently entered Thailand on a tourist visa as I always have and the immigration officer at Don Mueng (DMK) told me I won't be allowed to enter Thailand with a tourist visa ever again. She told me I must get another visa , non immigrant O visa, marriage, business, education, or something and that she'll make sure I'm denied if trying again with tourist visa. She did reluctantly let me in with a warning.

This week my friend, also here on tourist visa, was exiting Thailand with overstay days and they banned him for 1 year.

What is going on?! Anyone have any information on how we can continue coming to Thailand?

I've been told there are Muay Thai EDU visa's, has anyone done these and what are the requirements for it?

Thank you.

I've been hearing about this too, many problems and harassment at the border with tourists lately. Were you in Thailand using their Covid visa extensions? I keep hearing they're making problems for those of you who did.

As for muay thai education visas, maybe try these https://fightvisathailand.com/

and more talk about it here https://www.reddit.c..._offer_ed_visa/
